Indonesia's first and only Notion Consultant7 years · Apple Developer Academy

Your team's daily admin, done by AI agents.

I help business owners and their teams set up AI agents for the recaps, invoices, reports and customer chats that eat the week. No coding. Your team runs it, not a vendor.

The first chat is free. I reply within one working day.

Why me

Most people learn AI from YouTube. I spent seven years taking beginners from zero to shipped.

At Apple Developer Academy my job was one thing: move a person from where they are to somewhere they could not reach alone. I use the same method with your team. Start from their real work, build with them, and stay until they can do it without me.

What agents can take over

Six jobs your team still does by hand.

Each one runs on tools you already use: WhatsApp, Google Sheets, your accounting app. Start with the one that hurts most.

The owner's morning report, written before you wake up.

Yesterday's sales, stock and cash, pulled from your sheets and apps into one short summary.

  • Sales, stock and cash on one page
  • Flags anything unusual against last week
  • Lists what needs the owner's decision
  • Ready before the shop opens

Three real workflows, start to finish.

Short screen recordings on real files. No slides, no stock footage.

Ten minutes with an agent

  1. 2 minDrop in yesterday's sales sheet and the bank export.
  2. 1 minSay what you want in plain words. No formulas, no code.
  3. 3 minThe agent reads both files and drafts the owner's recap.
  4. 2 minYou check it and correct one thing.
  5. 2 minSave it as a workflow your admin can rerun every morning.

That took ten minutes. Your team does work like this twenty times a day.

How the Sprint works

Three weeks. Five workflows. Your team in charge.

No big-bang rollout. One workflow goes live in the first week, so your team sees it work before we build the rest.

  1. Day 1

    Map the week

I sit with you and your admin. We list every repeated task and what it costs in hours.

  2. Week 1

    First agent live

The most painful task gets an agent, running on your real files.

  3. Weeks 2 to 3

    Build with your team

Four more workflows. Your people build them with me, so they can fix and extend them later.

  4. Handover

    Yours to keep

Written SOPs, recorded walkthroughs and 30 days of WhatsApp support. Every account stays in your name.

My story

I kept building better systems. People still had to feed them.

  1. BeforeSeven years at Apple Developer Academy taught me one thing: anyone can build with technology if you start from their real problem.
  2. The turnAs Indonesia's first Notion Consultant I gave teams clean workspaces. Then I watched their admins spend hours typing data into them. The system was better. The week was not shorter.
  3. NowAI agents close that gap. They do the typing, the checking and the chasing. I teach your team to run them, the same way I taught beginners to ship apps.

It's the same work I've always done. The tools finally caught up.

FAQ

Questions owners ask first.

How much does it cost?

The Ops Teardown is [Rp 1.5 jt] for 90 minutes. The Team AI Sprint starts at [Rp 25 jt], fixed before we begin. You pay for the AI tools directly, from about US$20 per user per month.

Is my business data safe?

Everything runs in accounts you own. We set the access rules together, and nothing leaves the tools you approve. I sign an NDA if you need one.

My team is not technical. Will this work?

That is who I teach. I spent seven years mentoring beginners. If your admin can use WhatsApp and a spreadsheet, they can run an agent.

Which tools do you use?

Mostly Claude Cowork and OpenAI Codex, connected to what you already have: Google Sheets, Notion, your accounting software. I pick the tool after I see the work, not before.

Why not just hire someone to build it?

You can, and I offer that too. But a system only one outsider understands breaks the day your process changes. When your own team builds it with me, the skill stays in your business and keeps growing.

Can you just build it for us?

Yes. If you want the result without the training, I build it myself and hand it over ready to run. We still start with a Teardown so I automate the right thing.

Do you work in Bahasa Indonesia?

Yes. Sessions and training run in Bahasa Indonesia or English, online or on site in [Jakarta].

Show me your team's week. I'll show you what an agent can take.

One WhatsApp message is enough to start.
